This is an absolutely amazing masterpiece commission of the one and only Wonder Woman by fast rising artist Gabriele Dell' Otto, obtained at the 2006 San Diego Comic-Con. Mr. Dell' Otto is genuinely one of the most prodigious artists of our generation. This Raging Cheetah staff member wasn't particularly looking for him when I happened to pass by his table. But once I spotted the stunning artwork he was finishing for someone else, I simply could not leave. Similarly, it is likely only a brief matter of time before comic book and art fans catch on to his astounding vision and skill. The most beautiful thing about this piece is that I had the privilege to watch Gabriele create it from blank board to completed magnum opus. In this writer's opinion this was easily the most breathtaking piece of art at the entire SDCC. As you can imagine, countless passerbyers left shaking their heads at this genius. | ||||||||||
